The Budget and Management Unit
The Budget Management Unit is a part of the Ministry of Finance, District Administration, Works, Lands and Agriculture. The unit is responsible for the design, quality assurance, and management of the budget and reporting processes for the Entire Public Sector.
This includes coordinating and preparing an annual timeline, strategic policy statement, annual plan and estimates, annual budget statements, ownership and purchase agreements.
The unit also provides ministerial briefings, monitoring of the Entire Public Sector, training, support and advice on budget and reporting matters.
