The Government annual report details the performance of the core government and the entire public sector and compares it with that proposed in the annual plan and estimates (including any amendments thereto) for that financial year.

The Ministry/Portfolio annual report details the performance of the ministry or portfolio and compare it with that set out in the annual budget statement (including any amendments thereto) for that financial year.
